Notice – Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006

This notification is provided pursuant to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG. The Act prohibits any person engaged in the business of better or wagering from knowingly accepting payments in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful internet gambling. As an account holder, these restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through the account or relationship with Bank of Dade. If you engage in an internet gambling business and open an account with us, we must ask that you provide evidence of legal authority to engage in the internet gambling business.
